Access to Digital Products
Access to digital products is delivered automatically via Stan.store or by email immediately after purchase. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact hello@diedreinwanderland.com.

No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. By purchasing, you expressly agree that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once the product or access link has been delivered.
If a product becomes unavailable or there is a technical issue preventing delivery, contact hello@diedreinwanderland.com - the sole remedy will be replacement or refund at the Company’s discretion.

Refund Policy for Pre-Orders
All pre-orders for The Map Back to You are final and non-refundable. Because this is a digital product currently in production, your pre-order reserves your copy and grants you access to early-release bonuses and exclusive content. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Please review all details carefully before confirming your purchase. If you experience any issues with file access or delivery once the book is released, contact hello@diedreinwanderland.com for support. We’re happy to assist.

Coaching Calls
If your purchase includes a coaching call, you are responsible for scheduling it. Cancellations must be emailed to hello@diedreinwanderland.com at least 48 hours in advance with the subject line “CALL CANCELLATION - [date & time].” Missed or late cancellations forfeit the session. No refunds are offered.

  1. PLATFORM AND PAYMENT PROCESSING
    Payments are processed securely through Stan.store and Stripe. Stan.store may temporarily hold or delay your payment confirmation due to fraud checks or payment processing times beyond our control. By purchasing, you also agree to the payment processor’s terms and conditions. The Company is not responsible for any technical or transactional errors managed by these third-party systems. Your contract for purchase is directly with Diedre McLeod. Stan.store and Stripe act solely as third-party payment facilitators.

  2. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM NOTICE

Language Clause (International Clause)
In the event these Terms are translated into other languages, the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.

International Sales Clause
Purchases made from outside the European Union are also governed by these Terms and by French law. The buyer agrees that any disputes shall be resolved under French jurisdiction, regardless of their country of residence.
