Is this the same as Your France Blueprint?

  5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND COACHING
    All digital products, courses, templates, and coaching sessions sold through this Site are delivered electronically. Access is provided immediately upon purchase unless otherwise stated.

Access to Digital Products
Access to digital products is delivered automatically via Stan.store or by email immediately after purchase. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact hello@diedreinwanderland.com.

No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. By purchasing, you expressly agree that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once the product or access link has been delivered.
If a product becomes unavailable or there is a technical issue preventing delivery, contact hello@diedreinwanderland.com - the sole remedy will be replacement or refund at the Company’s discretion.

Refund Policy for Pre-Orders
All pre-orders for The Map Back to You are final and non-refundable. Because this is a digital product currently in production, your pre-order reserves your copy and grants you access to early-release bonuses and exclusive content. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Please review all details carefully before confirming your purchase. If you experience any issues with file access or delivery once the book is released, contact hello@diedreinwanderland.com for support. We’re happy to assist.

Coaching Calls
If your purchase includes a coaching call, you are responsible for scheduling it. Cancellations must be emailed to hello@diedreinwanderland.com at least 48 hours in advance with the subject line “CALL CANCELLATION - [date & time].” Missed or late cancellations forfeit the session. No refunds are offered.

  1. PLATFORM AND PAYMENT PROCESSING
    Payments are processed securely through Stan.store and Stripe. Stan.store may temporarily hold or delay your payment confirmation due to fraud checks or payment processing times beyond our control. By purchasing, you also agree to the payment processor’s terms and conditions. The Company is not responsible for any technical or transactional errors managed by these third-party systems. Your contract for purchase is directly with Diedre McLeod. Stan.store and Stripe act solely as third-party payment facilitators.

  2. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM NOTICE
    This Site is hosted and managed through Stan.store. Diedre McLeod (“Diedreinwanderland”) is an independent creator and is not an employee, agent, or representative of Stan.store. All transactions are between the buyer and Diedre McLeod directly.

  3. REFUND HANDLING
    All refund requests, if any, must be submitted in writing to hello@diedreinwanderland.com. Refunds, where approved, are processed through the original payment platform (Stan.store / Stripe) only.

  4. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    All content and services are provided “as is.” No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, financial results, or personal transformation. Coaching provided through Diedreinwanderland does not replace therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice.Your success depends on your own effort, decisions, and circumstances.
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diedre McLeod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of income, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of the Site or products.
    You acknowledge that third-party services (such as Stan.store, Stripe, Zoom, or your internet provider) are outside our control, and any issues related to them must be resolved directly with those providers.
    Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by French consumer law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  5. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR COMPLIANCE)
    In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
    We collect only the information necessary to process your purchase or communicate with you (such as your name and email). We retain purchase records only as required by tax and accounting laws.
    Your data will never be sold to third parties.
    Basic customer data (such as your name, email address, and purchase details) is processed by Stan.store for transaction management and delivery. Diedre McLeod does not have access to full payment data and relies on Stan.store’s privacy and security practices.
    You may request data deletion at any time by emailing hello@diedreinwanderland.com.
    You may also contact Stan.store directly regarding their own privacy practices.

  6. TAXES AND PAYMENTS
    All prices are listed in euros (€) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes (including VAT, where required) are included or calculated at checkout. VAT, where applicable, is included in the listed price or displayed separately at checkout.
    Payments are processed securely via Stan.store and Stripe. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and ensuring timely payment.

  7. INDEMNIFICATION
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diedre McLeod, her affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, expenses, or reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

  8. MODIFICATIONS
    These Terms may be updated periodically. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. You are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed.

  9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.

Consumer Acknowledgment (International Clause)
By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence and agree that French law will apply to this purchase, regardless of your location.

Language Clause (International Clause)
In the event these Terms are translated into other languages, the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.

International Sales Clause
Purchases made from outside the European Union are also governed by these Terms and by French law. The buyer agrees that any disputes shall be resolved under French jurisdiction, regardless of their country of residence.
