Yes, you could ask ChatGPT to write a title tag. That is not the hard part.
The hard part is knowing what a title tag has to do to rank: which keyword goes where, what the first separator is, when a city helps and when it quietly kills a page, and how long the thing can actually be before Google cuts it off. Ask a chatbot cold and you get copy that reads well and ranks like nothing.
