1. WHO WE ARE

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DELIVERY

All products are delivered digitally via email, Stan Store, Skool, or Google Drive. Access is granted within minutes of purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and providing a valid email address at checkout.

4. LICENSE TO USE

- Wealth Mind Reset PDF and other products without Master Resell Rights: for personal use only. You may not redistribute, share, resell, or use the materials commercially.

- Ultimate Branding Course (with Master Resell Rights): you receive a non-exclusive license to resell the course as outlined in the MRR Disclosure (below). You may not modify the core course content unless explicitly granted.

5. MASTER RESELL RIGHTS (MRR) DISCLOSURE

The Ultimate Branding Course is sold with Master Resell Rights. Upon purchase, you may, if you choose, resell the course to others and retain 100% of the sale price. Reselling is optional — most students use the lessons to build their own brand and create original products, not to resell.

If you choose to resell, you are responsible for:

- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

- Adding your own income and earnings disclaimers

- Honoring refunds for your own customers

- Conducting your reselling business ethically and truthfully

Reselling success requires significant effort, marketing skill, audience building, and time. We make no guarantee that you will earn any specific amount, or any amount at all, by reselling this course.

6. NO REFUND POLICY — ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or partial credits under any circumstance once the purchase is complete.

We collect your email, name, and billing details (handled via Stripe and Stan Store) to deliver your purchase, send transactional emails, and — only with your consent — send marketing emails with easy unsubscribe. We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate our business (Stripe, Stan Store, MailerLite, Skool). You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing jared.digitalwealthbuildersclub@gmail.com. We use industry-standard practices to protect your data. Our products are not directed to anyone under 18.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We may terminate your access to our products and community if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to: harassment of other members, sharing unauthorized access, or fraudulent payment disputes.
