What's Included
Your $299 CAD + HST assessment includes:
Up to two hours of professional on-site assessment within our local service area
A confidential written report outlining findings and recommendations
Practical insight to support better event-planning decisions
Additional time is $99 + HST per 30 minutes. Travel outside our local service area is quoted separately.

Perfect for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, galas, fundraisers, milestone celebrations and other private or professional events.
You do not need to book DJ XTC Entertainment for your event to use this service.
How It Works
Submit your assessment request through our website.
We'll review your event details, venue location and availability.
Once the assessment is confirmed, we'll arrange payment and schedule your visit.
Following the assessment, you'll receive your confidential findings and recommendations.
This is an event-suitability assessment, not a building inspection, safety certification or engineering evaluation.
