COACHING SESSIONS
Paid coaching sessions are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule it for another available date and time.
If Doug Rucker needs to reschedule a session, you will be given the opportunity to select another available date and time.
Please make every reasonable effort to reschedule in advance rather than missing your scheduled appointment.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because digital products and downloadable materials are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, purchases of digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise specifically stated at the time of purchase.
