All sales are final why:Our trainings, templates, and community materials are delivered 100% digitally with instant access after purchase. Because digital files can be copied or shared, we do not offer refunds once access is granted. Immediate access:At checkout you’ll be asked to start access immediately and to confirm you understand that the 14-day cooling-off right does not apply once download/streaming begins. This is permitted under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 when we obtain your explicit consent and acknowledgement. Subscriptions / memberships:If your purchase includes membership access, fees are non-refundable once access is granted. You can cancel auto-renewal any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, but past charges aren’t refunded. Your statutory rights (faulty or misdescribed content):This policy doesn’t affect your legal rights. If our digital content is faulty or not as described, we will repair or replace it. If that isn’t possible or doesn’t resolve the issue, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Digital Content). If you follow all steps we provide and show proof within ninety days but don’t achieve any leads, we’ll refund our programme fee. How to cancel renewals or report an issue:Cancel renewals: Turn off auto-renewal in your account or email before your next billing date.Report a fault/misdescription: Email team.1percentclub@outlook.com with your name, purchase email, order ID, and details/screenshots. We reply within 2 business days. Chargebacks:Please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may lead to account suspension while we investigate.
