If multiple members of your family are willing to come together, this coaching session provides a structured, supportive space to begin navigating the pain, misunderstandings, and communication breakdowns that often accompany family estrangement.
As a neutral and impartial coach, my role is to facilitate respectful dialogue, help each person feel heard, identify unhelpful communication patterns, and provide practical tools to foster understanding and healthier interactions. While reconciliation cannot be guaranteed, many families find that having a compassionate, experienced guide creates a foundation for meaningful progress.
This session may be helpful if you’re:
Navigating an estrangement between parents and adult children
Hoping to improve communication within your family
Working through conflict after a period of separation
Seeking a safe, structured environment for difficult conversations
Ready to take the first step toward healing together
Every family has a unique story. My goal is to help your family move from blame and defensiveness toward greater understanding, clarity, and hope.
Please note: Family coaching is not therapy, mediation, or legal counsel and is not a substitute for mental health treatment. Participation is voluntary, and while I strive to facilitate productive conversations, I cannot guarantee reconciliation or specific outcomes.
