What Is HTMA?
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis is a laboratory analysis that measures mineral and trace-element concentrations in a small hair sample.
HTMA is used as one part of the overall assessment. Your results are interpreted alongside your health history, symptoms, medications, supplements, diet, lifestyle, and other clinical information.
HTMA is not used as a stand-alone diagnostic test.
