Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and burned out in your private practice?
It doesn’t have to be this way!
Learn how to:
1) Align your Actions with your Values: We may be used to doing values work with our clients, but it’s also important to do it for ourselves! Reflecting on our core values and working to put our time and energy into those values is key to reducing burnout.)
2) Establish and Enforce Boundaries: Once we have gotten clear on our top values and priorities, we can establish and enforce boundaries to protect our time and energy. We went into private practice to eliminate the burnout we felt in mental health jobs so the last thing we want to do is create a business that also leads to burnout.
3) Time and Stress Management: Using tools to manage your time can be incredibly helpful in working smarter, NOT harder. Stress often comes from feeling overwhelmed with tasks, not knowing which task to tackle first, etc. Using time management skills can help keep stress minimal so you actually enjoy having your own therapy practice!
Reduce Burnout in Your Private Practice is designed to help you reclaim your passion, energy, and joy for your work.
