Not every day needs someone in the room. Some days need someone on the telephone.
The day a result is due and nobody has called. The day a service has gone quiet. The day between a decision and the next step, when the question is simply whether anything has moved.
On a remote day a nurse practitioner spends up to two hours reviewing what is available in the record, speaking directly with the services involved, chasing what is outstanding, and escalating anything that needs it. You receive a written clinical summary the same evening, organized by system, with what remains open and who owns each item.
It is the same clinical judgment as an on site day, without the bedside visit, which is why it costs less.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Up to two hours. Review of the available record. Direct communication with the treating providers. Follow up on anything outstanding. Escalation where indicated. A written clinical summary the same evening.
Beyond two hours, a further day rate applies, and never without your approval first.
WHO BUYS THIS
Families who need a specific question answered by someone who can actually reach the team.
Anyone waiting on a result, a referral, or a decision that has gone quiet.
Families alternating days, with presence where it matters and remote work in between.
HOW IT WORKS
One. Purchase here, or call 941.422.7773.
Two. Within four hours you receive the engagement letter and the forms required before clinical contact can begin.
Three. Tell us the date and what you most want answered.
Four. Your written summary arrives the same evening.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
This is not a bedside visit. If presence is what the day calls for, the On Site Day at $1,250 is the correct product. Hi Society Health, Inc. does not diagnose, prescribe, order tests, or deliver treatment, and is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
FAQ
Why two hours?
Because two hours reaches every service that needs reaching, chases what is outstanding, and produces the written summary. A remote day is rarely limited by time. It is limited by who answers the telephone.
Can I mix remote and on site days?
Yes, and most families do. A typical week is four on site and three remote, which is exactly how the Hospital Advocacy Week is built.
Will the hospital actually speak to you?
Yes, once the Provider Communication Authorization is signed. It is in the packet you receive, it takes a minute, and it is what allows the team to share information.
What if my question is answered in ten minutes?
Then the remaining time goes to the record, the other services, and the written summary. A remote day is a day, not a call.
