This is a one month start to concierge clinical direction, designed for families moving toward an annual engagement. You get direct access to a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner and board certified patient advocate while you plan for long term support.

Remote advocacy with the care team, specialists, and facility leadership

50% off bedside visits and all episodic and a la carte services during your engagement
Investment: $3,950, one month, prepaid
This engagement is remote access only and does not include bedside visits. It serves as a bridge to an annual Retained Engagement under a separate agreement. Hi Society Health is not the treating provider. All sales are final once the agreement is signed and payment is made.
