Most mornings, after my walk, I sit down with my journal and my tea and write 10 things I'm grateful for. It has changed how I wake up.
I always do it on my own. This time, I'd love to sit and write with you.
This is for you if:
You have a good life, and you'd like to feel more of the joy in it
You've tried gratitude before, and you keep starting and stopping
You write the same few things on your list, and it has gone a bit flat
You'd love one quiet hour that is just for you
You'd like to sit with other women who want the same
One hour to slow down and write
Gratitude prompts from me, so you're not staring at a blank page
Time to share and connect with the other women in the room
Save your spot. I'll email you the link to join.
On the 15th, make your coffee or tea and find a quiet corner.
We journal together. Then we share, and we connect.
A notebook or journal
A pen
Your coffee or tea
An open mind and heart

Everyone who registers gets my 100 Gratitude Inspirations for free, emailed to you. It's here to help you start your gratitude practice and to keep you going on the days when you feel lazy and can't think past the same few things.
I'm a Happiness and Wellbeing Coach, a wife, and a mom of twin boys.
For a long time, I woke up feeling like I was failing at my life, even though I have a good one. I started writing what I am grateful for, hoping it would change the way I felt, and by day 3 I woke up feeling lighter and happier. I've done it consistently for more than 130 days now, and it's changed how I experience my ordinary life.
I'm still figuring it out too. I'd love you to come and write with me.
With gratitude
Jacqui xx
