Family can be a source of love, connection, and belonging—but it can also be where some of our deepest wounds, unhealthy patterns, guilt, and expectations begin.
Healing Family Wounds: Choosing Yourself Without Losing Yourself is a self-paced H.I.P. course and workbook created to help you explore your family experiences, recognize patterns that may still be affecting you, establish healthier boundaries, and decide what family relationships can look like moving forward.
Healing does not require your family to change first. It does not require an apology, reconciliation, or pretending that painful experiences did not happen. This course is about understanding your story while developing the freedom to choose what you carry forward.
Throughout this 6-module experience, you'll explore family roles and generational patterns, unmet emotional needs, love versus obligation, boundaries and guilt, grieving the family or relationships you needed, and intentionally redefining what healthy family connection means to you.
You'll also receive guided reflection prompts, practical exercises, boundary-building tools, affirmations, a Relationship Access Inventory, and a personal Family Healing Plan to help you turn insight into intentional action.
You can love your family and still choose yourself. You can understand where you came from without allowing it to determine where you're going.
💜 Heal. Grow. Choose You.
