This is a 45-minute, one-on-one peer-support session for anyone exploring ADHD, autism, AuDHD traits, or neurodivergent life more broadly.

Navigating your brain can feel like a lonely place - especially if you’ve been dismissed or misunderstood by people around you (including clinicians). I’m here to be a soundboard and help you build confidence in your brain, without the sterile or intimidating feel that can come with traditional clinical settings.

All sessions are conversational, peer-to-peer, and led at your pace. There’s no pressure to prepare, perform, or know what to say - we’ll start wherever you’re at.

While I studied psychology at university, I’m not a clinician. I’m a lived-experience AuDHD mentor who understands how inaccessible therapy, assessments, and diagnostic pathways can be. Think of this as a space to unpack your thoughts, feel understood, and make sense of what’s going on - whether you’re considering a diagnosis, in the middle of one, or just trying to understand yourself better.

During the booking process, you’ll answer a few short questions so we can make the most of our time together.

Together, we can:

  • make sense of your patterns, traits, and challenges

  • talk through overwhelm, burnout, masking, and sensory needs

  • explore whether ADHD and/or autism fits your experience - and whether diagnosis feels worth pursuing

  • organise your thoughts if everything feels “all over the place”

  • map out gentle next steps toward support or assessment

  • get validation, clarity, and practical strategies

  • have a grounded, honest chat with someone who actually gets AuDHD

If what you’re looking for isn’t listed here - just let me know.

This is not therapy. It’s peer support: practical guidance, clarity, and someone in your corner who’s been where you are.

If you’re feeling unsafe or in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline.

If you already know you’d like ongoing support, you can check out the session bundles below.

Ellie is kind, compassionate, and easy to talk with. Ellie validated my experience and made me feel like I was not alone. I felt like I was making a genuine connection and I felt completely understood (after years of feeling misunderstood and alone).

I was nervous to have a session with Ellie, but i didn't need to be! I instantly felt comfortable and it was exsactly like talking to a friend. One who really gets it. I have a counsellor too but just chatting to someone who really understands what being AuDHD is like is absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed it!

My session with Ellie felt balanced and sincere. She was open, interested, and easygoing, while also bringing a quiet seriousness that made the conversation feel intentional rather than casual. The takeaway notes are visually appealing and easy to read through leaving me feel like I was just the right kind of analyzed! ❤️

Thank you for the chat Ellie! It was exactly what I needed to prep for my upcoming psychiatrist-session. I now feel more in control over what I want and need for seeking a diagnosis and confidence that I'm on the right track. It felt like talking to a friend, I instantly relaxed (which is saying much, since I often shut down in therapy situations), I actually had fun AND learned a lot about myself and how to proceed regards to therapy (and why it probably hasn't worked before). THANK YOU for super-helpful notes from our session, very ADHD friendly and personal, with a little pep-talk and a 'you got this!' All the things I really needed to hear. The one session with you has helped me more than any therapy session ever has.

I felt I could drop my mask and feel comfortable just rambling and saying what came to my mind instead of stressing about what to say. I felt really seen and heard and I appreciate how you made my feelings feel validated.
