This bundle is a two-session offering.
Whether you're brand new or returning, the session bundles are for anyone.
The first session gives you space to get everything out - the context. The follow-up session is where we reflect, connect the dots, and talk through what’s landed since.
Instead of trying to fit everything into one conversation, bundles allow us to spread things out. Many people find this especially helpful when their thoughts feel tangled, their experiences are layered, or they’re navigating uncertainty around ADHD, autism, or AuDHD.
Each session is a 45-minute 1:1 peer-support conversation. While I studied psychology at university, I’m not a clinician. I’m a lived-experience AuDHD mentor, and I understand how inaccessible therapy, diagnosis, and formal support systems can be. This is not therapy - it’s supportive, practical peer guidance from someone who’s been there.
Between sessions, many people notice new patterns, questions, or emotions popping up. This bundle gives you room to come back, process those insights, and talk through next steps with someone who already knows your story.
This is a great option if you:
feel like one session won’t be enough
want time to process before making decisions
prefer a slower, more supported pace
like the idea of talking and then reflecting
Across multiple sessions, we can:
explore your patterns, traits, and challenges at a manageable pace
unpack overwhelm, burnout, masking, and sensory needs
revisit questions that don’t have quick or tidy answers
reflect on insights that come up between sessions
explore whether ADHD/autism fits your experience and whether diagnosis feels worth pursuing
map out realistic next steps toward support or self-understanding
organise your thoughts if everything feels “all over the place”
build clarity, confidence, and self-trust over time
You’ll be asked a few short questions during the booking process so we can make the most of our time together, and each session can adapt to what you need most in that moment.
