In this free intro to The Calling, we spend four minutes coming back home to the body.

We begin seated, moving through a gentle Sufi grind…
rolling the shoulders back, shaking out the hands…
arm circles front and back… releasing tension as we go.

We soften the neck, roll out the wrists, come into prayer…
and close with vocal toning and gratitude.

A simple reset.
A moment to ground, to feel, to return.
