Monica is the Founder and CEO of TEM Management, a consulting and business development company specializing in strategy, branding, compliance, operational systems, and entrepreneurial growth. Through her consulting work, she has supported startups, established business owners, educational organizations, and service-based companies in strengthening operations, increasing profitability, and positioning themselves for long-term success.

Monica currently serves as President and CEO of Parrott Solutions Behavioral Health, a behavioral health organization focused on accessible, community-centered mental health services. Her work in behavioral health reflects her long-standing commitment to helping individuals and communities heal, grow, and thrive holistically.

Throughout her career, Monica has founded and led several impactful ventures and initiatives. She previously established The CEO Factory, a business center created to support entrepreneurs pursuing high achievement while prioritizing wellness and sustainability. She also owned AlterEgo Makeup, where she served for over 15 years as a Key Makeup Artist and Makeup Instructor, training aspiring beauty professionals while building a respected beauty education brand. In addition, she founded Atlanta Women Entrepreneurs Inc., a private business development society created to empower, educate, and connect women in business.

Recognized as a respected Atlanta business leader and community builder, Monica has hosted and developed numerous transformational events and initiatives, including Purses with Purpose, an annual community outreach initiative supporting women in need; AWEsome KIDpreneur Camp, an entrepreneurial development camp for youth; and the Women in Business Prayer Breakfast, an empowering experience focused on faith, leadership, and activation for entrepreneurs and executives.
