I created Woman Remembered because I wanted women who weren’t yet familiar with what the somatic self-intimacy experience could do for them and their bodies to have the opportunity to try a mini journey back into contact with their feminine essence. So many women live disconnected from their own bodies & unsure of what it truly means to feel in connection to themselves, to honor their feminine energy, and to experience the pleasure and power that already exists within them.

This program is an invitation: a sacred, guided mini-immersion back into your body, your senses, your self-intimacy a chance to remember what it feels like to truly be in your feminine essence.

Week 2: Sacred Heart Touch— Gentle yet profound practices of heart-opening body oiling ceremony, and somatic movement awaken intimacy with your body.

• PART 2: Heart opening body oiling ceremony for oiling of neck and chest to awaken intimacy with yourself, open your heart & feel safe with your own touch

Week 3: Belly, Breasts & Breathwork — Deep womb and heart practices — diaphragmatic massage, womb connection, breathwork to open you to release what is in the way of your feminine connection.

• PART 1: Belly & Diaphragmatic Massage & to reconnect with safety & trust in your center.

• PART 2: Womb + Heart Breathwork to somatically release, expand, and open into embodied self-love and trust. Release, expand, and open into embodied self-love and trust into a deeply grounding breast massage practice

Week 4: Sacred Feminine Landscape Connection - Sacred feminine connection with yoni practices, gazing, breathing, and closing integration by anchoring your body as your temple, your pleasure, your power.

• PART 1: Yoni Cupping, Gazing, Breathing, & Vula Massage to explore sacred connection to your feminine landscape and deep feminine wisdom.

• PART 2: Closing & Integration to honor the journey, integrate the practices, and step into more of your feminine frequency.
