Finding Your Emotional Oxygen

Finding Your Emotional Oxygen

$27

You've spent so much time making sure everyone else is okay.

When was the last time you asked yourself if you are?

Maybe nothing in your life looks terrible from the outside. You're functioning. You're showing up. You're handling what needs to be handled.

But somewhere underneath all of that, something feels off.

You may feel disconnected from yourself. Unsure of what you need. Tired of reading the room, keeping the peace, or putting your feelings aside.

Finding Your Emotional Oxygen will help you recognize the patterns that have kept you in survival mode, understand what you've been carrying, and begin reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been pushed aside.

⸻

Does this sound like you?

  • You feel responsible for other people's moods and emotional states

  • You're often exhausted but can't explain why. Nothing catastrophic happened

  • You've become very good at reading the room and adjusting yourself accordingly

  • You feel vaguely guilty when you experience joy or ease

  • You've forgotten what you actually like, want, or need

  • Something feels off but you can't name it, and that makes you feel crazy

If you checked even one of these, this workbook was created with you in mind.

⸻

What is emotional oxygen?

Emotional oxygen is anything that helps you feel connected, supported, understood, and more like yourself.

When your primary relationships don't give you the emotional nourishment you need, you don't stop needing it. You find it somewhere else. Some of those sources genuinely nourish you. Some just help you not feel what you don't want to feel. This workbook helps you tell the difference, and start creating more of the kind that actually fills you up.

⸻

This goes deeper than a quick worksheet

This isn't seven steps to a new you, and it isn't a workbook you finish in an afternoon. It's a guided path through real emotional work: naming coping patterns without shame, mapping where you've really been finding relief, writing to losses you've never had space to grieve, and imagining a version of yourself that isn't defined by what you've survived.

Some of what comes up will surprise you. Some of it will hurt. Some of it will feel like coming home. Take your time. Come back to it. There's no version of this you're supposed to rush.

⸻

What's inside

Seven sections, each building gently on the last:

01. Recognizing Survival Mode Is this actually you? Notice the ways survival mode shows up in your everyday life, even when everything looks fine from the outside.

02. How You Adapted Understand the coping patterns you developed, without shame, and see clearly what they were protecting you from.

03. Where You've Been Finding Air Map your emotional oxygen sources. Which ones nourish you, and which ones just help you get by.

04. What You've Been Protecting Find the self who's been hiding underneath the coping. Her sensitivity, her voice, the parts of her the world needs most.

05. The Invisible Losses Grief work for what was never named. The losses that don't have funerals but are real all the same.

06. Small Acts of Reclamation Begin, gently, on your own terms. No dramatic exits required, just small, quiet choices that are entirely yours.

07. Who You're Becoming Vision work rooted in emotional truth. Not who you think you should be, but who you feel yourself moving toward.

⸻

Go through it in your own way

There's no pressure to complete this workbook in one sitting or to have all the answers.

Take your time. Pause when you need to. Return to a section when you're ready. Let your answers change as you change.

This is your space to be honest without having to explain yourself to anyone else.

⸻

This isn't about fixing yourself

You are not a problem that needs to be fixed.

This is about getting quiet enough to hear yourself again. Noticing the patterns. Understanding your needs. Telling yourself the truth, and beginning to treat your well-being as something that matters too.

What could change if you began giving yourself some of the care and consideration you so naturally give everyone else?
