One Small No: A Boundary Workshop

One Small No: A Boundary Workshop

$47

You want to say no. Then someone asks, and “sure!” comes out before you’ve checked what you actually want.

Or you say no, feel guilty, and start drafting the text that takes it back.

One Small No is a self-paced workshop for people-pleasers who want help choosing one manageable boundary, finding the words, and handling the discomfort afterward.

You don’t have to start with your hardest conversation or wait until you feel confident.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

• Five prerecorded module videos and a closing video.
• A downloadable 15-page workbook with guided exercises, boundary scripts, and an aftercare plan.
• Self-paced practice you can pause, repeat, and return to.

WHAT YOU’LL PRACTICE

  1. Why Saying No Feels So Hard
Notice your automatic yes and prepare a pause before committing.

  2. Choose One Small No
Consider your needs, capacity, and existing commitments to choose a specific, manageable limit.

  3. What Do I Actually Say?
Prepare clear words that sound like you, plus responses to pushback.

  4. I Said No. Now I Feel Guilty.
Check what needs attention and make a plan for guilt, overthinking, and the urge to take your no back.

  5. Build Self-Trust From Here
Reflect on your choices, make thoughtful adjustments, and choose your next small step.

PLEASE NOTE

This is an educational workshop, not therapy, and purchasing it does not establish a therapist-client relationship. Choose practice situations with manageable consequences. If saying no could lead to threats, retaliation, or loss of essential support, prioritize safety and individualized help.

Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 13, 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to digital products purchased through the Stan Store operated by Excelsior Mental Health, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase and accepting these terms at checkout, you agree to the following.

1. Products and Purchases

We provide self-paced educational workshops, prerecorded videos, downloadable workbooks, and other digital resources. Your purchase includes only the materials and services described on the product page at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases do not include individual counseling, personalized advice, live sessions, or ongoing support.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You agree to provide accurate purchase information, including an email address where you can receive access instructions.

2. Educational Content, Not Therapy

Our digital products are for general educational and informational purposes. They are not psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical advice, crisis services, or a substitute for individualized care from a qualified professional.

Purchasing or using a product, watching a video, completing a workbook, or contacting us about a purchase does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Ashley Smith, LMHC, or Excelsior Mental Health, LLC.

If you already receive therapy from the Company, your clinical services remain governed by your separate clinical agreements. These terms do not replace those agreements.

Examples and exercises may not fit every person or situation. Use your judgment and consider your circumstances before applying them. Results vary, and we do not guarantee particular emotional, behavioral, or relationship outcomes.

3. Safety and Crisis Support

Boundary exercises are intended for situations where practicing a boundary is reasonably safe. If you are experiencing abuse, coercion, threats, or circumstances where saying no could put you at risk, prioritize safety and seek individualized support.

Our store and purchase-support channels are not monitored for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for suicide and crisis support.

4. Personal Use and Intellectual Property

Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the purchased materials for your own personal learning.

You may download materials designated as downloadable, print workbooks for your own use, and complete or annotate your personal copies.

You may not share access credentials, distribute purchased files, resell the materials, publicly post them, record or redistribute the videos, or use the content to create or deliver your own paid products, courses, or professional services without our written permission.

Content remains the property of the Company or its respective licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.

5. Digital Delivery and Access

Products are delivered electronically through Stan and/or the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, and access to that email account.

Check your spam or junk folder if access instructions do not arrive. Contact us promptly if materials are missing or inaccessible.

Any access period expressly stated on the product page forms part of your purchase. Unless expressly promised, your purchase does not include perpetual platform hosting or future products and updates.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance or third-party platform issues. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery or access problems involving the purchased product.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

The price and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, payment is a one-time charge.

Because digital content is made available after purchase, all sales are final, and we do not ordinarily offer refunds for a change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with personal results.

If a duplicate charge occurs, a purchased product cannot be delivered, or a material delivery or access problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate correction or refund.

This policy does not limit any refund or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Future price changes or promotional discounts do not entitle previous purchasers to a price adjustment.

7. Purchase Communications and Privacy

We may email you receipts, access instructions, product-related notices, and responses to support requests. Purchasing does not require you to subscribe to marketing emails.

Purchases involve third-party services, including Stan and the payment processor selected at checkout. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

Please do not submit confidential clinical information through checkout, social media, or purchase-support messages. Workshop purchases are separate from clinical services.

8. Responsible Use and Access Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe the rights of others.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful conduct, unauthorized sharing, or a material violation of these terms. Restrictions remain subject to applicable law and any consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
