You said yes to foster care. You carried the weight. You survived the system. You adopted. You closed your home.
But your nervous system didn't get the memo.
You're still hypervigilant. Still angry. Still bracing. Still carrying fear that once protected you.
And now it's affecting how you show up with your family.
You closed your home… but your body is still in foster mode.
You love your children… but you don't feel settled.
You're tired of carrying anger toward the system or bio family.
You're ready to move from survival into safety.
After the Yes™ is a private 3-month container designed for foster and adoptive moms who are ready to:
• Release stored anger and resentment • Untangle fear from identity • Reduce hypervigilance • Feel safe enough to soften • Find peace after survival
This is not a group. This is not a drop-in call.
This is structured, intentional, nervous-system informed support.
• 6 private 45-minute sessions (biweekly) • Personalized reflection prompts between sessions to deepen your work • Clear start and end date • Trauma-informed, faith-aware support
This is a 3-month private container.
Your start date will be scheduled at the time of enrollment based on mutual availability.
We'll meet biweekly for 6 sessions total, with a clear start and end date established in advance.
I'm Cathleen — a licensed clinical social worker, foster and adoptive mom, and the founder of Fearless Fostering.
I've walked this road. I've felt the anger, the hypervigilance, the grief that lingers long after the case closes.
I created After the Yes™ because one of my alumni reached out and said: "I need something for AFTER. I'm struggling and I don't know where to turn."
If that's you — this is for you.
$1,500 paid in full or 3 monthly payments of $550
This is pilot pricing for the founding cohort. Future pricing will increase.
Is this therapy? I'm a licensed therapist, but due to state licensing restrictions, this container is offered as coaching — not therapy. That said, my clinical training in trauma and nervous system work deeply informs how I approach this container. You're getting therapist-level insight in a coaching format.
What if I'm still fostering? This container is designed for moms who have closed their home or adopted. If you're actively fostering and experiencing these symptoms, reach out — we can talk about whether this is the right fit.
What happens after I enroll? You'll receive a welcome email within 24 hours with your intake form and a link to book your first session. We'll hit the ground running.
I get it — this is a big commitment, and I want it to be the right fit too.

You don't have to carry this alone anymore.
