Sometimes you don't want a program. You don't want another plan. You want an hour with someone who understands what it's like to fight your own body and lose, over and over.
Book a call and we'll talk. About where you are with your weight, what's not working, what you're scared of, what you've never said to anyone. I've been at 145 kilograms. There's nothing you can tell me that will surprise me.

An hour is enough to:
Say the whole thing out loud, finally, to someone who won't flinch
Understand why it hasn't been working, and it's rarely what you think
Leave with something to actually do, not a meal plan
Just be heard, if that's what you need
Some women book once. Some come back every month, and treat it as the place they think out loud. Both are right.

What this isn't
I trained as a doctor, and I know how tempting it will be to ask me. But I can't be yours. I can't tell you what dose to take, what your bloodwork means, or whether to come off a medication, because I can't examine you, and you deserve someone who can.
It isn't therapy either. It's one woman who's been where you are, talking to you honestly for an hour.
One hour. Just us.
