The Client expressly acknowledges that Alexandra RamĂrez acts as a Financial & Wealth Strategist and financial educator and does not act as the Client's attorney.
Her role may include financial and patrimonial organization, education, strategic analysis, identification of matters for further consideration, and coordination with appropriately licensed professionals.

IMPORTANT ESTATE PLANNING DISCLOSURE
4. NO LEGAL SERVICES OR LEGAL ADVICE
Alexandra RamĂrez is not acting as an attorney and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
The Company does not independently:
Determine which legal estate planning structure a Client should use
Provide legal interpretations of wills, trusts or other legal documents
Draft wills or trusts

Any information provided regarding Estate Planning is limited to education, financial and patrimonial organization, strategic context and coordination with the appropriate licensed professional.
5. ROLE AND INDEPENDENCE OF THE ATTORNEY
When Estate Planning legal services are needed, the Client understands that the legal component of the Estate Planning process must be handled by an appropriately licensed attorney.
The attorney, and not Alexandra RamĂrez or FinanciallyFitLatina, is responsible for:
Providing legal advice
Determining the appropriate legal planning strategy
Recommending the appropriate legal documents or structures
Drafting and preparing legal documents
Explaining the legal consequences of those documents
Reviewing and approving legal documents
Advising the Client regarding execution requirements
Addressing legal questions related to the Client's Estate Plan
The attorney exercises independent professional judgment and is not required to accept any preliminary observation, strategy, map, information or recommendation discussed with the Company.
The Client understands that the attorney may recommend a different approach after conducting the attorney's own independent legal analysis.
SEPARATION OF FINANCIAL & WEALTH STRATEGY SERVICES, LEGAL SERVICES, AND INSURANCE PRODUCTS
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Financial & Wealth Strategy Services, legal Estate Planning services, and insurance products are separate services and transactions, each with its own scope, purpose, compensation structure, and applicable professional requirements.
A. FINANCIAL & WEALTH STRATEGY SERVICES
Fees paid to FinanciallyFitLatina for a Financial & Patrimonial Diagnostic, Patrimonial Map, Gap and Vulnerability Analysis, Legacy Wealth Strategy™, financial education, strategic planning, organization, coordination, or related consulting services are compensation for those services.
These fees are charged for the professional time, education, analysis, strategy, organization, and coordination provided to the Client and are not conditioned upon the Client purchasing a life insurance policy or any other financial product.
The Client may purchase and receive these strategic services whether or not the Client ultimately applies for or purchases insurance.
B. LIFE INSURANCE IS A SEPARATE TRANSACTION
Life insurance is not automatically included in the fee paid for Financial & Wealth Strategy Services.
Life insurance is a separate and optional transaction and is not included in the Financial & Wealth Strategy or Legacy Wealth Strategy™ service fee.
Alexandra RamĂrez acts as a Financial & Wealth Strategist and financial educator. Alexandra RamĂrez also is a Licensed Life Insurance Agent. When acting in connection with life insurance, she acts in her separate capacity as a licensed insurance professional and may discuss, recommend, and facilitate the application for life insurance products within the scope of her applicable license, appointments, and regulatory requirements.
She is also a Licensed Life Insurance Agent and, when providing insurance services, acts separately in that licensed capacity.
Alexandra RamĂrez is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
The Client is not required to purchase life insurance in order to receive Financial & Wealth Strategy Services.
If the Client chooses to apply for or purchase life insurance, the insurance transaction will be handled separately and subject to applicable insurance laws, carrier requirements, underwriting, disclosures, and approvals.
Alexandra RamĂrez may receive separate compensation or commissions from the applicable insurance carrier or authorized entity in connection with an insurance transaction, where permitted by applicable law and carrier requirements.
Any insurance compensation is separate from the fees charged for Financial & Wealth Strategy Services.
If, during the financial and patrimonial planning process, life insurance is identified as a potential financial or legacy planning consideration, any insurance discussion, recommendation, application, underwriting, or transaction will be handled separately and in accordance with applicable insurance laws, licensing requirements, carrier requirements, disclosures, and suitability standards.
The Client is not required to purchase life insurance or any other financial product as a condition of receiving Financial & Wealth Strategy Services.
Any decision to apply for or purchase insurance is voluntary.
When acting in connection with an insurance transaction, Alexandra RamĂrez acts in her capacity as an appropriately licensed insurance professional, subject to applicable licensing, appointment, carrier, and regulatory requirements.
Where permitted by applicable law and carrier requirements, compensation related to an insurance transaction may be paid separately by the applicable insurance company or other authorized entity. Such insurance compensation is separate from fees charged for Financial & Wealth Strategy Services.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to authorize compensation, fees, commissions, rebates, referrals, or other arrangements prohibited by applicable insurance law, carrier rules, or licensing requirements.
C. ESTATE PLANNING LEGAL SERVICES ARE SEPARATE
FinanciallyFitLatina and Alexandra RamĂrez do not provide legal services or legal representation.
Financial and patrimonial strategy may identify matters that should be reviewed with an Estate Planning attorney; however, the attorney independently determines the appropriate legal recommendations, structures, documents, and legal strategy for the Client.
The attorney is solely responsible for legal advice and for the preparation, review, approval, and legal sufficiency of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and other Estate Planning documents.
Alexandra RamĂrez may organize financial and patrimonial information and coordinate communication with the Client's attorney and other professionals, but such coordination does not replace legal advice and does not control the attorney's independent professional judgment.
Any legal fees charged by an attorney are separate from FinanciallyFitLatina’s strategy fees, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
D. THREE DISTINCT PROFESSIONAL COMPONENTS
The Client understands that the overall wealth and legacy planning process may involve three separate components:
1. Financial & Wealth Strategy
Financial and patrimonial organization, education, analysis, strategic planning, gap identification, and coordination provided by Alexandra RamĂrez / FinanciallyFitLatina.
2. Legal Estate Planning
Legal advice, selection of legal structures, and preparation and review of Estate Planning documents performed by an appropriately licensed attorney.
3. Insurance Planning
Insurance analysis, recommendations, applications, underwriting, and placement conducted separately under applicable insurance licensing and regulatory requirements.
The use of one component does not obligate the Client to purchase another component unless expressly agreed to in a separate written agreement.
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By purchasing or accepting Financial & Wealth Strategy Services, the Client acknowledges that:
The strategy fee is compensation for the strategic services purchased.
The strategy fee is not payment for a life insurance policy.
Purchasing insurance is not required to receive the strategic service.
Any insurance transaction is handled separately under applicable insurance requirements.
Alexandra RamĂrez is not acting as the Client's attorney.
Legal Estate Planning recommendations and documents are the responsibility of the Client's attorney.
The Client remains free to accept or decline any insurance product or other separately offered service.
6. COORDINATION WITH ATTORNEYS AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS
As part of certain Services, Alexandra RamĂrez or the Company may facilitate communication, organize information, and coordinate the process between the Client and independent attorneys, CPAs, insurance professionals or other licensed professionals.
Such coordination does not create an attorney-client relationship between the Client and Alexandra RamĂrez or FinanciallyFitLatina.
The Client's attorney-client relationship, if any, exists solely between the Client and the attorney providing legal services, subject to the attorney's own engagement terms.
The Company does not control or direct the attorney's independent professional judgment.
Each professional remains independently responsible for the advice and services provided within that professional's scope of practice.
7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY AND FINAL DECISIONS
The Client acknowledges that all final decisions concerning the Client's:

Where a product or transaction requires a license, recommendation, suitability determination, application, disclosure or other regulated activity, those activities will be conducted through the appropriately licensed individual or entity and subject to the applicable disclosures and requirements.
No purchase of a particular financial product is required solely because a Client purchases an educational, diagnostic or strategy Service from the Company unless expressly disclosed otherwise.
10. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The Company provides education, tools, strategies, diagnostics, coaching and coordination designed to assist Clients and Participants in making more informed decisions.
However, individual results vary.
The Company does not guarantee:
Results depend on numerous factors outside the Company's control, including the Client's circumstances, decisions, implementation, market conditions and the advice or actions of independent professionals.

Except where otherwise expressly stated in writing for a specific Service or where otherwise required by applicable law, payments are final and non-refundable once the applicable digital product has been delivered, program access has been granted, reserved event capacity has been committed, or professional/strategic services have been rendered or commenced.
Any Service-specific cancellation, rescheduling or refund terms displayed at checkout or in a separate service agreement will control if they conflict with this general provision.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or from decisions made based on educational information provided through the Services.
