You are welcome to ask questions and seek clarification regarding these services, and you willingly and voluntarily choose to participate in these services with full understanding and acceptance of personal responsibility.

You hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless, Heather Wesley and any of their associates, employees, or agents, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to personal injury or emotional distress, arising out of or in connection with my participation in these sessions.

You understand and accept that self-care practices are holistic approaches to well-being and do not substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. You acknowledge that Heather Wesley is not a licensed medical or mental health professional.

By participating you Release Liability, and you acknowledge that you have read and understood the contents of this document and agree to be bound by its terms. You also understand that this release is binding on you, your heirs, executors, administrators, and all members of your family.
