I created this workbook because I needed it and it didn't exist.
I'm a mother and full-time caregiver to a medically complex child. My days revolve around medications, appointments, therapies, interrupted sleep, seizures, equipment, and the constant responsibility of caring for someone I love more than anything.
Over the years, caregiving became my entire world. I completely lost myself in my son. Not because I loved him too much. Not because I would change a thing about being his mother.
But because when you're spending every ounce of yourself caring for someone else, it's easy to slowly lose sight of who you are outside of being needed.
I stopped knowing what brought me joy. I stopped asking myself what I needed. I became so focused on taking care of everyone else that I forgot I mattered too.
Finding Me Again was born from that realization.
This workbook was created for the mom who has spent so long taking care of everyone else that she can no longer remember what she enjoys, what she needs, or who she is outside of caregiving.
If you've ever found yourself with a rare free hour and had no idea what to do with it...
If rest feels uncomfortable and joy feels unfamiliar...
If you've spent years putting yourself last and don't know where to begin finding your way back...
This workbook was made for you.
✔ Gentle guided reflections to help you reconnect with yourself
✔ Prompts designed to uncover what brings you joy now, not who you used to be
✔ Practical exercises that fit within real caregiving life
✔ Tools for reconnecting your mind and body
✔ Printable reminder cards to carry with you long after you finish
This is not another self-improvement workbook. It is not a productivity plan. It is not a list of things to fix. It is a soft place to land.
Because somewhere underneath the caregiving, the responsibility, the exhaustion, and the version of you that learned to survive...
you are still in there.
This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about finding your way back to yourself.
She isn't gone. She's still there.
You just have to find her again.
