Enjoy your kids without losing your cool, spiraling with guilt, or adding more to your plate.
you feel disconnected from them and the mom you want to be.
Something needs to change, but adding one more thing to your plate feels actually impossible so you keep pushing through, living on a prayer that things will get easier when they get older.
I have great news for you: You don’t need more time, energy or systems to become the ✨ CHILL MOM✨ you always imagined you’d be
What you do need, is the Chill Mom Challenge
You’re juggling meals, messes, tantrums, and constant decisions with little support.
You want to scream while picking the couch cushions up off the floor for the 4th time in a day (sometimes you do 😅)
You frequently tell yourself you’ll stay calm next time and then feel like the worst mom ever when next time comes and it didn’t exactly go as planned…
By the end of the day you’re worn out, exhausted, and wondering why motherhood feels sooo hard for you (while it seems to come so effortlessly to others)
Laughing and enjoying time with your kids even when nothing “special” is happening without counting down to bedtime.
Getting into bed and realizing you didn’t even get upset when your 4 year old spilled their cup of milk immediately after you told them they were going to spill their milk and they were adamant they wouldn’t
Ending the day feeling like it was a great day even though there are dishes in the sink, you didn’t sweep the floor, and the kids didn’t get a bath
Going out to dinner with some friends on a Thursday night without feeling like a bad mom or like you were selfish for wanting and taking having time away
Recognizing that you took your kids to the library and while there was the usual crying and whining and fighting you still genuinely had a good time
A low-effort 10-day Marco Polo challenge for moms who want motherhood to feel lighter, calmer, and more manageable without needing to wake up at 5 am or take a tropical solo-vacation
Step 1: Before the challenge begins, you’ll download the marco polo app (don’t worry, it’s free!)
Step 2: Each day at 8 am MST for 10 days, I’ll send you a video with 1 Chill Tip and 1 Chill Challenge for you to complete that day that will help you be the fun, lighthearted mom you imagined yourself as before you had kids. (Videos will be sent through a broadcast channel and less than 5 minutes so you can watch at your convenience.)
NOTE: Challenges will NOT require you to overhaul your home systems. Think things like: simple scripts to try, nervous system strategies, and some mindset shifts that will shift your perspective
Step 3: Brag to all of your friends and family about HOW CHILL you are feeling after our 10 days together
Therapy. Working out. Podcasts. Journaling. More caffeine. Telling yourself you’ll be more patient tomorrow.
And it did help! Buuuut most of the help was only temporary,
because none of it changed how you thought about motherhood itself when your toddler was melting down and you were already depleted.
Most support for moms focuses on having better systems and a more positive mindset.
But you already know those aren’t the answer.
They just add more pressure, more rules, “toxic positivity” and another way to feel like you’re failing.
The Chill Mom Method works differently because it doesn’t ask you to think more positively or set up new systems that you have to stick to.
This challenge gives you tools to feeling like an GREAT mom even on days when your kids cry over what you made for dinner, and you lose your patience with your 4 year old when they refuse to get their shoes.
Not because you’re trying harder, or doing more, but because you’re finally able to be more aware of the things that actually matter.
This challenge costs less than a takeout meal, a parenting book (you may or may not finish, or a frantic Target run.
Those things might offer temporary relief.
But they don’t change how motherhood actually feels.
a mom of 6 kids in (almost) 7 years who has learned a thing or two about remaining ✨chill✨while surrounded by chaos on all sides. (Is now a good time to mention that 5 of those children are boys?)
The Chill Mom Method came from my own experience of motherhood feeling heavier and more restrictive than I expected.
I always cared deeply about my kids, but my reactions didn’t always reflect that, especially when I was overloaded, touched out, and overwhelmed.
What finally changed things wasn’t better routines or more discipline. (Because no matter how hard I try routines just aren’t my strongsuit 😅)
It also wasn’t the all-too-familiar, “think more positively”
What helped was redefining what motherhood actually was, what success looked like, and refocusing on the big picture, and regulating myself in the chaos.
That shift is what became The Chill Mom Method, and this 10-day challenge is the fastest and simplest way to experience it.
While somethings will get easier as kids grow, learning how to embrace chill NOW is actually an investment in the long-term relationship you’re building.
Emily, a SAHM of 3 boys who was struggling with feeling guilty for doing anything for herself–even when her boys were happily entertained on their own. She said, “I am now living how I want to live completely guilt free. I am reading again. Like I have an actual freaking life outside of caregiving and it’s awesome.”
Or Brittany, a part-time dental hygenist/part time stay at home mom of 3 who said, “I wish I could gift [working with Hannah] to all of my friends. It was packed with information that I am now using in my life regularly and it is helping me improve my relationship with my children.”
Or Amy, who was still having a bit of a hard time with feeling like she was a great mom, “Hannah’s program does an amazing job helping you feel like a rockstar of a mom. She helps you get rid of social norms of what motherhood should be and helps you see it for what it actually is, a relationship. The entire idea is so freeing.”
I’m already overwhelmed. Will this add more to my plate?
No. This is designed to fit into your existing day. Each shift is small, practical, and meant to relieve pressure, not add to it. (Because BONUS TIP: adding pressure just dysregulates the nervous system and we try to avoid that around here…)
How much time does this take each day, realistically?
The morning video will be 5 minutes (or less!) and then the rest is meant to be implemented as you go throughout your normal day.
What if I miss a day or fall behind?
No problem! Just jump back in when you’re ready! You can go back and watch the previous day or just start where you are.
Do I need to journal, meditate, or wake up earlier?
Nope! I mean I’m never gonna tell you not to do those things because I think they’re great tools! But they aren’t required for this challenge. (And I bet you’ll be surprised to see how much can change ever without them!)
