The Lazy Launch Kit — Digital Product Purchase Agreement

By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed below. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
1. NATURE OF THE PRODUCT
The Freedom Business Vault is a digital product delivered electronically. Upon successful payment you will receive immediate access to all digital files, downloads, and materials included in your purchase.
Because this product is digital and access is granted instantly upon payment, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed.
2. NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital product delivery, we maintain a strict no-refund, no-exchange policy. This applies regardless of:
Whether you have downloaded the files or not
Whether you have opened, read, or used any portion of the materials
Whether you feel the product did not meet your expectations
Whether you changed your mind after purchase
Whether you claim the product was not as described
By purchasing you acknowledge that you reviewed all available product information prior to completing your transaction and made an informed decision to buy.
3. CHARGEBACK AND DISPUTE POLICY
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider after purchasing a digital product that has been delivered constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation. By completing your purchase you agree to the following:
You will not file a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution for any reason related to this purchase
In the event that a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to submit evidence to your financial institution including your purchase confirmation, delivery confirmation, IP address, device information, timestamp of access, and a copy of these Terms and Conditions which you agreed to at checkout
You understand that filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in being permanently banned from future purchases
We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds plus any fees incurred as a result of a chargeback through all available legal means
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PERMITTED USE
The materials included in the Freedom Business Vault are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
If you purchased the standard product (without master resell rights), you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy, or reproduce any portion of the materials in any format.
If you purchased the version that includes Master Resell Rights (MRR), you are granted the right to resell the materials as your own product and keep 100% of the proceeds. You may not, however:
Claim that you personally created the original materials
Resell or transfer the master resell rights themselves to another buyer (you may sell the product, not the rights to resell it, unless explicitly stated otherwise)
Distribute the materials for free in a way that devalues the product
Use the materials in any illegal or deceptive manner
Violation of these terms constitutes copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
5. NO INCOME GUARANTEE
The Freedom Business Vault provides business frameworks, templates, and educational materials. We make no guarantees of specific income, results, or business success. Individual results will vary based on effort, market conditions, prior experience, and factors outside our control.
Nothing in this product constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for consulting appropriate professionals for your specific situation.
6. DELIVERY AND ACCESS
Digital products will be delivered immediately upon payment confirmation via the email address provided at checkout or through the platform through which your purchase was made. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is entered correctly.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact information, spam filters, or third-party platform issues. If you experience a delivery issue, contact us directly before initiating any dispute with your bank.
7. PRODUCT UPDATES
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any portion of the product at any time. Significant updates to the core materials may be provided to existing customers at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Johanna Padilla / Freedom Business Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this product. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this purchase shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida, or through binding arbitration at our election.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Johanna Padilla / Freedom Business Vault with respect to your purchase. By clicking "I Agree" or completing checkout you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full.
