Why me
I spent years repeating the same patterns. I kept ending up in situationships, and with people who didn't prioritise me or the relationship.

I knew exactly what I was doing wrong. But I still went back to what hurt me anyway.

Until I finally decided to stop, and decided not to date at all for a whole year, that was in 2019.

Fast forward 2021, I met the most intentional, genuine, masculine and consistent man I could have hoped for who eventually became my husband in 2024.

The difference?

  • He knew immediately that he wanted to focus on us.

  • He took initiative, without me managing a single part of it.

  • And the most important part we were fully aligned.

So understanding my patterns was never the hard part, it was definitely part of the work, but choosing differently was the differentiating factor.

What would have helped most in those years was fresh eyes. Someone outside it, who could see what I couldn't see from where I was standing.

If you believe your intellectual property rights are being violated, please contact the Company at hello@gaellecools.com with your name and contact information, a description of your work and how it is being violated, all relevant copyright and/or trademark registration information, the location or URL of the violation, and any other relevant information.

4. Accuracy of information

While the Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, the Company makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site.

5. Communications consent

When you purchase from or register with the Company, you expressly consent to receive notices, announcements, agreements, disclosures, documents, communications concerning new products or services, or other correspondence from the Company. You consent to receive notices electronically by email.

6. Submissions

If you send comments or suggestions about the Site to the Company, including notes, text, drawings, images, designs, or other materials, such submissions shall become and remain the sole property of the Company. 8. Privacy

The Company will not intentionally disclose any personally identifying information about you to third parties, except where the Company, in good faith, believes such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or enforce these Terms of Use. By using the Site, you signify your acceptance of the Company's Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties and earnings

NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR MAINTAINING THE SITE AND/OR ANY CONTENT SHALL BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND ONE-TO-ONE SERVICES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED.

11. Payment and pricing

You agree to pay for all products and services you purchase through the Company. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING A VALID PAYMENT METHOD. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Prices may change at any time. The Company does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

If a digital product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to delivery, your sole remedy is a refund of the price paid.

12. 1:1 sessions : booking, cancellation, and no-show policy

If your purchase includes a one-to-one session with the Company, you are responsible for scheduling it within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.

All bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please email hello@gaellecools.com with the subject line "CALL CANCELLATION — [date and time of your call]" no less than 48 hours before your scheduled session.

If you do not show up to your session or attempt to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the call, you forfeit your session and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

13. Consequential damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and each of its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of this Agreement, (ii) any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party, (iii) any materials or content you post or share on or through the Site, (iv) your use of the Site or any services provided by the Company, and (v) your conduct in connection with the Site, the services, or other users.

15. Third party beneficiaries

The provisions of these Terms of Use are for the benefit of the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its third party content providers and licensors, each of whom shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.

16. Governing law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time by updating this page. You are bound by any such revisions and should periodically review this page for the current terms.
