1:1 LIFE COACHING WITH GEMMA

1:1 LIFE TRANSFORMATION COACHING

I’ve spent more than 20 years working with people and one thing I know is that knowing what you should do doesn’t always mean you can do it.

That’s why my coaching goes deeper.

I combine practical life coaching with my experience across the mind, body and energy. Depending on what’s going on for you, we can work with your habits, beliefs, subconscious patterns, nervous system, confidence, relationships, health, fitness, business, identity and the energetic side of you too.

I’m not going to sit there nodding while you talk for an hour. I’ll listen, but I’ll also challenge you. I’ll notice the patterns you might not be able to see yourself and we’ll turn what we uncover into things you can actually start doing differently in your life.

And because no two people come to me with the same life, I don’t coach everyone through the same formula.

Start with a free 45 minute call with me.

We’ll talk about where you are, what you want to change and what you need support with. If we both feel we’re a good fit, I’ll recommend the best way for us to work together.

Private coaching starts from €750. Payment options are available for higher packages.

I look forward to helping your achieve peace, happiness, abundance and clarity.

Once i receive the booking I will contact you to arrange the call.

Love
