CV Mastermind Guide

Manushi

Papi's CV Guide is totally worth it - honest and relevant info - need of the hour fr. I am here in Germany since 2022 and was employed from March 2023 - but I got fired this month due to some restructuring within the company (whateverrr ;]). And during all this time I was going through a lot of CV info out there and I observed how the job search advice in Germany on is filled with all the irrelevant American hacks. All the influencers out there asking us to fit it all in 1-pager CV, complete nonsense and what not. But Papi is there for the rescue. Thanks Papi - But I will get back with a more backing feedback after I get a job. :)

Thanks for your advice and guidance regarding the CV I was working on. Creating the right tabular structure was definitely something important and helped improve the professional look. Your advice on choosing different font sizes and colors to highlight the most important metrics was a great suggestion because it allowed me to create a condensed CV full of information while at the same time drawing attention to only the most useful facts on a first glance.  Best wishes  -u.b

Max’s recent support during my first job search after graduation was truly invaluable. From the very beginning, he went beyond just offering encouragement and took an active role in guiding me through the entire process of refining my CV. He helped me completely redesign and rewrite my CV, which had initially been outdated and lacking a clear structure. Max provided me with an in-depth, line-by-line critique of my old CV, pointing out areas where I could better highlight my skills, experiences, and achievements. He didn’t just give general advice; he offered constructive, detailed feedback that helped me understand how recruiters and hiring managers perceive CVs, to ensure that mine would stand out in a competitive job market. Additionally, he shared an excellent CV template with me, which served as a solid foundation for rebuilding my CV in a way that was both professional and visually appealing. After I completed my first draft of the new CV, Max reviewed it again. He provided insightful remarks and suggestions on phrasing, layout, and formatting nuances, making sure every detail was polished to perfection. Thank you for your thorough and thoughtful guidance, I ended up with a CV that that truly reflected my qualifications and presented me in the best possible light. -Raghad

Max offered me both a holistic reconceptualization of the application process, as well as a detailed analysis of my documents up into the most minute of details. A point-for-point in-depth analysis tailoring every single bullet point and sentence to a desired effect leave no doubt in Max' expertise. The improvements to my cv and LinkedIn were so thorough that my understanding of and confidence in myself have benefitted beyond just applications.
