(This week: 3 slots. One recorded each morning.)
You're not short of effort. You're short of knowing which effort matters. Send me your account and I'll tell you what to stop doing, and the one thing to do instead.
One account. A private 15 minute video. No call, no scheduling, no coaching package.
£600K+ from short-form video. About four hours a week. Built around three kids.
The research hole. Before you film anything, you lose an hour a day to it. Scrolling, saving other people’s videos, googling topics, opening a blank note and closing it again. By the time you know what to say, the time you had to say it is gone.
The filming time. Your whole week disappears into content. Scripting, filming, the three retakes because you stumbled, editing, then the caption you rewrite four times and change back. It comes round again next week and it never gets shorter.
The trend tax. You're chasing sounds and formats that have nothing to do with what you sell, because someone told you that's how reach works. It costs you hours and it brings you an audience that will never buy from you.
The invisible return. Hours upon hours each week going in and you couldn't honestly say what comes out. Not views, you can see those. Clients. You can't trace a single one back to a single video, so you keep going on faith.
Different symptoms. Same cause. You're guessing, and guessing is expensive when you're paying for it in hours.
You've tried new hooks. Trending sounds. Posting more, then posting less. Some videos work, most don't, and you can't tell why.
So you do all ten hours, because you can't tell which one of them is the hour that matters.
That's the actual problem. Not effort. Not discipline. Not being boring, or late to it, or unlucky with the algorithm. You're putting in the work of someone with a system, without having one.
You don't need another course. You need someone to look at your account and tell you which three things to stop.
I did it the hard way for five years
On 29th December last year my whole account got 123 views. Not one video. The entire account, in a day.
Five years of posting. Thousands of videos. 800,000 followers.
I'd been doing it on effort the whole time. More posts, more hooks, more hours, and it worked for long enough that I never questioned it.
Then the effort stopped working, and I had nothing underneath it.
So I went through my own account the way I go through a client's, and found two things. My hooks weren't speaking to the person I actually wanted. And I was being too clever with what I gave away.
By 13th April one day did 369,800 views. The twelve months since have done 19.2 million.
I wasn't shadowbanned and I didn't pay to promote anything. I just stopped guessing. And it now takes me about four hours a week, because I know which four.
The views came back, but that wasn’t the point. The point was knowing which four hours to spend.
What I look at
Your profile. Can a stranger tell in two seconds who you're for and why they should care?
Your content. Your topics, your openings, where people stop watching and why. And which of your own posts already worked, because the answer is usually sitting in your own data.
What you're spending. Which parts of your week are producing nothing. This is the bit nobody else looks at.
Your next step. What happens after someone watches. Is there a reason to follow, and a clear route for the ones who are ready to buy?
What you get
Three things to stop. Named specifically, from your account, not a generic list. This is the first thing in the video, because it's the part that gives you your week back.
The one thing to do instead. One format, built from whatever is already working on your account. Applied to your next five videos so you know exactly what to film.
A private 15 minute video, recorded by me, about your account. Yours to keep, rewatch and pause.
Built around your goal. More of them buying. Different problems, different fixes. You tell me which one matters now.
Results
Jess sells an $8K audit to ecommerce brands.
She was losing 90 minutes a day scrolling, saving other people’s videos and researching what to post. Leads came in when they felt like it.
We fixed her positioning, then her messaging, then built a system that tells her exactly what to say.
$7–10K a month became $23K a month. She works 10–15 hours a week.

One video. One client. £35 to £2,000.

£250,000 in four months.

Plus: 20 coaching applications in a day. Four to five booked calls a day. $11,000 in two weeks of client bookings and downloads. $25,000 of annual revenue added in three weeks.
How it works
1. Pay below.
2. Fill in the short form in your confirmation email. Your account, what you sell, and what you're finding hard.
3. I go through it myself and record your diagnosis.
4. It lands in your inbox within three to five working days. No Zoom, nothing to schedule.
Who it's for
Experts and educators with an offer people already pay for, who need their video content to bring in clients and customers rather than eat their week.
Why it's capped
I record every one myself. No team and no AI.
So it's three a week. When they're gone, the next slots open Monday.
That cap is also the product. I'm selling you a system that gives hours back, and I'm not going to sell it by working nights.
The guarantee
If you don't find at least three changes you can make to your next five videos, reply within seven days and I'll refund you in full. You keep the video.
£250. One time.
Come with the symptoms. Leave with the prescription.
