Harassment, bullying, abusive behaviour, discriminatory remarks, personal attacks, threats, intimidation, or any form of disrespectful conduct directed toward the Company, its representatives, or any member of the Group/Community will not be tolerated. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any membership and remove any individual from the Group/Community, with or without prior notice, where such conduct is determined to be disruptive, harmful, inappropriate, or contrary to the interests of maintaining a positive community environment. Any such suspension, termination, or removal shall not entitle the member to any refund, credit, or compensation.
In line with the Terms of Use, the customer is solely responsible for managing their membership, including timely cancellation. All purchases are final and due to the nature of the product, refunds are not possible, fees remain payable unless the membership is actively cancelled by the user, and valid payment details must be maintained for ongoing charges.
