You can do the job. You’ve probably done harder things than this. Then someone says, “Tell me about yourself,” and your answer comes out too long, too modest or too vague. You walk out thinking of everything you should have said.

Every interview that doesn’t land costs you an opportunity you worked hard to get, and a little more of your belief that you’ll get the next one.

Being good in an interview is a different skill from being good at your job, and you can practise it. As an interviewer, I often saw candidates with less experience but better preparation outshine people with stronger CVs.

Over four sessions, you’ll choose your strongest examples, structure your answers and practise out loud. There’s no script. You’ll tell your story in your own words.

• Researching the organisation, the role and your interviewers

• Practice and full mock interviews, with constructive feedback

I’ve spent years as the one asking the questions.

I’ve interviewed interns, graduates, experienced hires and senior leaders, across financial services, consulting, energy, retail and more. I know what interviewers are listening for, and the small habits that make a strong candidate sound unsure. You’ll get feedback on your own answers, from an interviewer’s point of view.

How it works

1. Talk first. A free 15-minute call about your upcoming interviews, or the ones that didn’t go the way you hoped.

2. Book. If we agree it’s right for you, book below. I’ll send your questionnaire, and we’ll plan the sessions around your interview dates.

3. Prepare. Your examples, your answers and your research.

4. Practise. Out loud, including full mock interviews, with my feedback after each one.

Questions you might have

Will I end up sounding rehearsed? No. We don’t write scripts. We build strong examples and a clear structure, then practise so you can tell your story in your own words.

Do you cover case interviews? Not in this programme. It focuses on behavioural and competency-based interviews, the kind most roles use.

My interview is very soon. Is there still time? Tell me on the introductory call, and we’ll see what’s possible. If it’s just one interview, a Career Strategy Session may be all you need.

Will this get me the job? I can’t promise that, and no honest coach can. What I can do is help you show your value when it counts.

Is this only for women? Glowth Mindset is built around women’s careers, and everyone is welcome to work with me.

Is what we discuss confidential? Yes. I don’t share what you tell me without your permission, unless the law requires it or someone is at serious risk of harm. Sessions aren’t recorded unless we both agree.

What if it isn’t right for me? That’s what the free call is for. We can talk it through before you book, because bookings are non-refundable. If you need to move a session later on, just email me at least 48 hours before.
