Because this is a digital product with immediate access, all sales are final.
Once access is delivered, no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or partial refunds will be granted under any circumstance.
This policy is standard for digital products and protects the integrity of the program, the creator, and all affiliates.
2. No Refund Policy
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
You are receiving instant access to digital content.
You understand that results are not guaranteed.
You understand that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, personal circumstances, financial hardship, or inactivity.
Your payment grants lifetime access to the program as it exists today.
3. Chargebacks
Attempting to dispute or charge back a payment after receiving access is considered fraudulent, as digital access is fully delivered at the time of purchase.
Any chargeback attempt will result in:
removal from the program and community
termination of affiliate rights (if applicable)
legal documentation submission to your bank verifying access was provided
We take this seriously to protect our creators, affiliates, and the integrity of this community.
4. Affiliate Terms
If you choose to become an affiliate for Your Purpose Era, you agree to:
follow all community guidelines
promote ethically
avoid false income claims
use approved wording only
understand that commissions are processed through the platform
Commissions will not be paid to affiliates removed for guideline violations or fraudulent behavior.
5. Community Expectations
Your Purpose Era is a mentorship and education community.
By joining, you agree to:
be respectful
maintain a positive, supportive environment
keep all private information confidential
never bully, harass, or tear down another member
follow all group rules and platform guidelines
Failure to follow community expectations may result in removal without refund.
6. Educational Disclaimer
Your Purpose Era provides education, tools, and mentorship.
However:
earnings are not guaranteed
success depends on your own effort, consistency, and personal actions
examples, testimonials, and success stories are not promises of results
You are responsible for your own business decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content inside Your Purpose Era — including modules, PDFs, templates, videos, scripts, checklists, or training materials — is protected by copyright.
You may not:

8. Access
You will maintain access to Your Purpose Era community and its modules as long as:
Your access may be removed if you violate the terms above.
9. Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan:
you agree to complete all remaining payments
missed payments may result in suspension of access
refunds are not issued for payments already made
Access will be restored once payments resume.
10. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

you agree to ALL terms listed

you agree not to initiate chargebacks

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing any product, program, membership, course, digital download, or service offered by Your Purpose Era (YPE), you acknowledge and agree that filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal through your bank, credit card company, payment processor, or financial institution will result in the immediate removal of access to all associated products, programs, bonuses, memberships, community access, and digital content.
This policy applies regardless of the outcome of the dispute. Whether the dispute is resolved in favor of the customer or in favor of Your Purpose Era (YPE), access to the disputed product, program, membership, community, and all associated benefits will be permanently revoked.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that initiating a payment dispute constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the permanent forfeiture of access to all related content and services.
