On this 1:1 Video Call, you will receive:
45 minutes of 1:1 time to re-evaluate how your Reset protocol is working for you:
Review your daily meals and routine
Discuss your stress management
Check in on your overall progress
Make any necessary changes
2 weeks of follow up support via email for questions and clarification as you implement what we discuss
