These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern purchases made through the Good + Well storefront, including our Stan Store, related sales pages, digital products, educational materials, and services.
Good + Well is operated by Erica Dickerson, an individual doing business under the brand name Good + Well.
Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," "our," and "Seller" refer to Erica Dickerson operating as Good + Well.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

6. Special Terms: Good + Well 14-Day Gut Reset
The Good + Well 14-Day Gut Reset is a self-guided digital educational resource.
Purchase includes the digital materials specified on the product page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not include medical supervision, individualized treatment, live coaching, a WhatsApp community, or herbal supplements.
This guide discusses herbs and supplements that may carry significant risks.
Certain ingredients discussed in the materials, including black walnut, male fern, and chaparral, raise particular concerns involving allergic reactions, toxicity, or liver injury.
No herbal supplement, dosage schedule, or cleansing practice is represented as universally safe, medically necessary, or appropriate for all individuals.

Limited Release: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release Erica Dickerson, operating under the Good + Well brand, from claims arising solely from your voluntary and independent use of educational information or third-party products where such claims may lawfully be released.
Nothing in these Terms releases or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, violations of law, or other liabilities that cannot legally be waived.
8. No Guaranteed Results
Good + Well does not promise or guarantee any specific physical, medical, digestive, emotional, financial, or wellness outcome.
Individual experiences and results vary.
Testimonials, before-and-after photographs, and descriptions of personal experiences are illustrative only and do not guarantee that another individual will experience similar results.
No representations are made that any product will eliminate parasites, cure illness, or produce specific physical changes.
9. Third-Party Products and Retailers
Certain Good + Well resources may reference products sold by independent retailers or manufacturers, including Simply Wholesome.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these products are purchased separately and are not manufactured by Good + Well.
Third-party product availability, pricing, ingredients, labeling, and warnings may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for verifying current product information directly with the retailer or manufacturer.
Recommendations or references to third-party products do not replace individualized medical guidance.
10. Payments and Digital Delivery
Payment is required at checkout for all paid products and services.
Prices and promotional offers may change without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively alter the price of a completed purchase.
Digital products are generally delivered electronically following successful payment.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to that email account.

11. Digital Product Refund Policy
ALL SALES OF DIGITAL DOWNLOADS ARE FINAL, EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Due to the nature of instantly accessible digital products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind after purchase.
If a technical issue prevents delivery or access, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access, provide a replacement file, or issue an appropriate refund.
Nothing in this refund policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Coaching, Appointments, and Other Services
Some Good + Well offerings may include coaching sessions, consultations, group experiences, or other services.
If purchased, the scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies specifically disclosed for those offerings will apply.
Purchasing a self-guided digital guide does not include access to these services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable rights relating to personal injury, fraud, willful misconduct, or consumer protection.
