By purchasing from this Stan Store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Digital Products & Services

All offerings in this store are digital in nature. This includes templates, guides, content kits, email campaigns, and virtual services. Due to the digital format, all sales are final — no refunds or returns will be issued once a purchase is made.

2. Revisions

For custom services (such as email sequences, social media audits, or branding refreshes), your purchase includes up to 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional edits or customization beyond the included scope may incur an extra fee.

3. Delivery

Digital downloads will be delivered immediately after purchase. Custom services will be delivered based on the timeline stated in the product description. It is your responsibility to provide all required information in a timely manner.

4. Usage Rights

All templates and digital products are for personal or business use only. You may not share, resell, or distribute any product from this store in whole or in part.

5. Intellectual Property

All content sold through this store is the intellectual property of Grace Hanniford VA. By purchasing, you’re granted a non-transferable license for use — not ownership.

6. Client Responsibility

It is your responsibility to review product descriptions carefully before purchase and to provide any needed content or feedback for services. I’m not responsible for missed deadlines due to delayed client communication.

Terms & Conditions for Coaching Services

1. Agreement Overview

By purchasing coaching services from Grace Hanniford LLC (“Coach”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Grace Hanniford LLC.

2. Scope of Services

The Coach agrees to provide business, social media, and/or coaching support as outlined in the program description on the Stan Store. Each offer includes only the services, materials, and access described at the time of purchase. Additional services may require a separate agreement and payment.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • If a payment plan is offered, the Client agrees to make all payments on time. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services or removal from the program.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial participation, missed sessions, or early termination by the Client.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

  • Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited.

  • The Coach reserves the right to reschedule a session in case of emergency, with reasonable notice to the Client.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client understands that results depend on their personal effort, motivation, and commitment. Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes, business growth, or income.

6. Confidentiality

The Coach agrees to keep all personal and business information shared during coaching sessions confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, templates, systems, and strategies shared by Grace Hanniford LLC remain the intellectual property of the Coach. These materials are for the Client’s personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or distributed without written consent.

8. Disclaimer

The Client understands that the Coach is not a lawyer, accountant, therapist, or financial advisor, and the coaching relationship does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
All information shared during sessions, in resources, or through communication is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The Client is solely responsible for consulting with qualified professionals before making any business, legal, financial, or medical decisions.
The Coach makes no guarantees of results or outcomes and is not liable for any actions, decisions, or results taken by the Client based on coaching discussions, recommendations, or materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees that the Coach shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from participation in coaching services. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Coach harmless from all claims arising out of actions taken based on the coaching relationship.

10. Termination

Either party may end the coaching relationship with written notice. The Coach reserves the right to terminate services for misconduct, missed payments, or repeated lack of communication. Payments made prior to termination are non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing payment or enrolling in any coaching service through the Stan Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
