You know something isn’t sitting right—but you can’t tell if you’re overreacting, abandoning yourself, people-pleasing, bracing, or simply responding to something that genuinely isn’t okay.

This is a focused 60-minute 1:1 session where we slow the situation down and figure out what’s actually happening.

In our session, we’ll explore:

♡ What is happening beneath the surface

♡ The nervous-system pattern you’re getting pulled into

♡ Where you may be over-adapting, fawning, shrinking, over-explaining, or abandoning yourself

♡ What your body may be trying to protect you from

♡ What a self-trusting response could look like instead

♡ What to say, what boundary to set, or what action to take next

♡ How to move forward without spiraling, overthinking, or waiting for someone else’s behavior to change first

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you book.

Bring one specific situation that is currently taking up too much mental or emotional space.

We’ll work through it together so you can better understand what's happening, reconnect with your own perspective, and identify a grounded next step that feels aligned with you.
