This cohort meets live, once a week, over Zoom — real facilitation and real conversation, not a pre-recorded course. You'll also be placed in a Home Team: the same four women, every week, all six weeks, who witness your return alongside you and become the room you don't do this alone in.

This cohort is led by Dr. Minina Johnson — Doctor of Business Administration, certified Transformational & Solution-Focused Coach, and 20 years of enterprise program leadership in rooms where she was, more often than not, the only one who looked like her. She didn't teach herself this from a stage. She lived it, left it, got lost rebuilding it, and came home to it.

This is a founding cohort — the first live run of Homecoming, is limited to 10 seats to keep the room close enough for real, live facilitation and real relationships, not a large, low-touch webinar.
