REBUILT: The Twelve Week Rebuild

REBUILT: The Twelve Week Rebuild

$45$57

You don’t need more motivation. You need a plan and a witness.

REBUILT is a 70 page, twelve week training system. Three blocks. Fifteen unique sessions. Every set, rep, RPE, rest period and coaching cue written down for you, so the only decision left in the morning is whether you get up.

Most men don’t quit because the program was too hard. They quit because they never actually had one. They had a workout they found somewhere, a vague idea about eating better, and a feeling on Sunday night that this week would be different.

Then Wednesday came.

This is the system I run and the one I put my coaching clients through. It is not a PDF of exercises. It is the whole thing: what to lift, how heavy, how to know when to add weight, what to do when you can’t get to the gym for five days, how to calculate your own calories instead of guessing, what to eat, how to weigh it, how to sleep, and what to do at 4am when everything in you says go back to bed.

Twelve weeks. Sixty sessions. Sixty boxes on a wall calendar. Not one of them requires you to feel motivated. Every one of them requires you to show up.

What’s inside

  • Three four-week blocks. The workouts change every four weeks so your body never gets comfortable. Foundation, Overload, Peak.
  • Fifteen full session pages. Push, Pull, Legs, Upper, Lower. Sets, reps, target RPE, rest, tempo, and the coaching cue I’d give you standing next to you.
  • Barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell work. Front squats, hang squat cleans, Turkish get-ups, kettlebell snatches. Real strength, not machine circuits.
  • A 39-lift exercise library. How to set up, how to execute, and the mistake that’s quietly costing you results.
  • The full nutrition system. Calculate your own calories from scratch. Learn to weigh your food in grams. Three sample days, a grocery list, and honest supplement advice.
  • The 4AM Protocol. How the morning is actually won the night before.
  • Fifteen printable log sheets and a twelve week wall calendar. Because if it isn’t written down, it didn’t happen.
  • Adaptations for real life. Three-day and four-day versions. A dumbbell-only version. Twenty-minute emergency sessions for the weeks that fall apart.

Who this is for

The man who has been telling himself he’ll start Monday for three years. The father who wants his kids to see what discipline looks like instead of hearing about it. The guy who is strong enough to do hard things and just hasn’t been asked to in a while.

Who this is not for

Anyone looking for a hack, a shortcut, or a program that promises results without work. There aren’t any in here. I checked.

Twelve weeks will pass either way. The only question is whether you’ll be twelve weeks stronger, or standing in the same place telling yourself the same story about how you’re going to start soon.
