TERMS OF SERVICE & PURCHASE AGREEMENT

1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital product from Grounded & Unbound (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Buyer,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

All products are delivered digitally via email or direct download upon purchase or signup.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a product has been delivered or accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us at hello@groundedandunbound.com and we will work to resolve it.

6. Indemnification
By purchasing or accessing any Grounded & Unbound product, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grounded & Unbound, its owner, affiliates, agents, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use of or reliance on any Grounded & Unbound product or content;
Your violation of these Terms of Service;
Any claim that your use of our products caused harm to you or any third party;
Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your purchase.
This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of these Terms and your use of our products.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grounded & Unbound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All Grounded & Unbound products are protected under U.S. copyright law. Copyright registration filed May 1, 2026 (Case No. 1-15154109121). Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not:
Reproduce, resell, or redistribute any product in whole or in part;
Share, upload, or post the product publicly;
Use the content to create derivative products for sale;
Remove copyright notices or branding from any product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
