Why Me
Hi, I am Traci Goudy, a registered nurse, certified life and leadership coach, and home care operator with more than two decades of experience. I founded and sold two private-duty home care agencies. I also opened three private-pay senior living communities for other companies, filling all three to capacity and waitlist.
I have worked every seat on the senior care continuum: caregiver, RN, clinical director, executive director, and sales and marketing director. My coaching background is what makes this program different. I do not just hand you systems. I teach you to think like a coach, so you can lead your team, guide your families, and grow your agency from the inside out.
