1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the purchase of any products or services offered by JSC Innovations Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

By using this site or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We offer digital products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Coaching, consulting, or strategy calls

We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in AUD, unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers, including Stan Store and its payment partners.

  • We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Prices may change at any time. Price changes do not affect completed purchases.

5. Digital Product Access and Delivery

Upon successful payment:

  • Digital products are delivered immediately or via a download link or email

  • Access is granted solely to the purchaser

  • Sharing, reselling, reproducing, or redistributing any product is strictly prohibited

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses or technical issues outside our control.

6. Coaching and Calls

Where your purchase includes coaching, consulting, or strategy calls:

  • You are responsible for booking your session using the instructions provided

  • All bookings are non-refundable

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session

  • Failure to attend or late cancellation will result in forfeiture of the session

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Lack of results or personal expectations

  • Incorrect purchase decisions
