Why I wrote this book and who this book is for:
When I first received the diagnosis of my son's Autism and began researching holistic approaches to improve his quality of life. I began reading stories of other mom's who were able to recover their children and reverse their autism diagnosis through holistic methods.
However, I had more questions than answers:
Where do I begin?
What is a healthy diet?
What are toxic products?
What changes can I make right now to begin helping my son?
The more I researched the more overwhelmed I became due to the vast amount of information available and different opinions on holistic methods.
After many years of researching, trial and error, and fine-tuning the best holistic methods that have proven beneficial for my son, I have made the commitment to share what I have learned with other parents with the intent to inspire hope.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Sierra and her roadmap to recovery book. It taught me so much information in one small reading that I wasn’t able to find doing months and months of research on my own. She was able to break down a lot of things and explain in detail, some of the necessary steps to take for my sons recovery we loved her book so much. We have implemented a lot of things in the book and have seen so much improvement. It definitely got us on the right path to helping our son thrive. My son was diagnosed with ASD at 2 years 10months old. We started ABA therapy shortly after he was diagnosed. He made some improvements in ABA, but I knew I needed to do more to help him be the best version of himself that he could be. We've done therapies for yrs, he was diagnosed at 22mths and he'll be 5 in March. He was a normal baby met all milestones and was saying about 8 words and then just stopped.
