PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR BOOKING A SERVICE WITH HEALTHY BY STEPHANIE.
By purchasing or booking a service, you signify your consent to these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.
1. Services & Content All coaching services, materials, programs, and content provided by Healthy by Stephanie (the "Company") are for your personal use only. No materials may be copied, reproduced, shared, or distributed without express written permission from the Company.
2. Payment You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees. By agreeing to a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full regardless of participation or usage of services. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds under any circumstances — including but not limited to: change of mind, life circumstances, inability to attend calls, or dissatisfaction with results. Payment plans are a courtesy and do not alter the no-refund policy. You are obligated to complete all remaining payments even if you choose to discontinue participation.
3. Calls & Scheduling If your purchase includes coaching calls, you are responsible for scheduling them within the program timeline. All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a call, please email stephmasonfitness@gmail.com with the subject line "CALL CANCELLATION — [date & time of your call]" no less than 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up or reschedule within 24 hours, you forfeit that call. Forfeited calls are not refunded or replaced.
4. Health Disclaimer The information and guidance provided by Healthy by Stephanie is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any nutrition or fitness program, especially postpartum. The Company is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from the use of information provided.
5. Results Disclaimer The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific results. Individual outcomes vary based on personal commitment, consistency, health status, and other factors outside the Company's control.
6. Intellectual Property All content, materials, and programs provided are the sole property of Healthy by Stephanie and may not be shared, resold, or distributed without written consent.
7. Privacy The Company will not intentionally disclose your personal information to third parties except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability The Company shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages arising out of your use of or inability to use services provided. All services are provided "as is."
9. Cancellation by Company The Company reserves the right to terminate services if a client is found to be in violation of these Terms, abusive, or acting in bad faith. In such cases no refund will be issued.
10. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
11. Updates to Terms These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
