$1,040 · 8 Private 1:1 Training Sessions
Your body just did something huge. Jumping back into random workouts (or not knowing where to start at all) can leave you with leaking, back pain, a core that still doesn't feel connected, and frustration that nothing is changing.
Before we load up the weights, we rebuild the foundation. Then we get you strong.
What we work on together:
Pelvic floor function - building strength and coordination so you can lift, run, jump, and carry your kids with confidence
Core rehab - reconnecting your deep core and addressing diastasis recti and the "mom pooch"
Breath and pressure management - learning to breathe and brace in a way that protects your core and pelvic floor under load
Mobility - releasing the tight hips, upper back, and shoulders that come with pregnancy, feeding, and carrying a baby
Full-body strength - progressing you safely to real strength training so you feel strong and capable again
I'm a certified pre and postnatal trainer with over ten years of personal training experience, and I'm in my own postpartum recovery with my third baby. Every session is built around where your body is right now.
This is for you if:
You're pregnant or postpartum - whether baby is 6 weeks or 6 years old
You want to get strong again but don't want to guess what's safe
You're dealing with leaking, core weakness, back pain, or a core that just doesn't feel like yours
You want 1:1 coaching, not a generic program
How it works: After purchasing, you'll get an email with next steps to schedule your first session. Your 8 sessions are designed to be used within 8 weeks of purchase - about one per week - so we keep momentum and you see real progress. Unused sessions expire after 8 weeks.
Investment: $1,040 for 8 sessions, must be used within 8 weeks from purchase*
8-Session Training Package
All packages are non-refundable. As a small business, I reserve time specifically for each client, so sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice count as used. Sessions must be used within 8 weeks of purchase. This keeps your training consistent so we can use progressive overload: gradually increasing the challenge each session so your body keeps adapting and getting stronger.
