TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering for a training, course, webinar, consultation, or other service offered by Coastal Empire Continuing Education Institute, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
REGISTRATION
Registration is required prior to attending any live training event. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact and licensing information during registration.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of registration. Registration is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are available up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled training start time. Refund requests received less than 48 hours before the training will not be eligible for a refund.
If Coastal Empire Continuing Education Institute cancels or reschedules a training, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration or receive a full refund.
CEU CERTIFICATES
Participants must meet attendance and participation requirements established by the training provider and applicable approval body in order to receive a CEU certificate.
CEU certificates will only be issued to registered participants who successfully complete all attendance requirements.
CEU APPROVAL
Some trainings may be advertised while continuing education approval is pending. If approval is pending, this will be clearly stated in the course description.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All training materials, presentations, handouts, recordings, and related content are the property of Coastal Empire Continuing Education Institute and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared without written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Training materials and educational content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Participants are responsible for applying information within the scope of their professional license, training, and applicable laws and regulations.
Coastal Empire Continuing Education Institute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any training or use of training materials.
PRIVACY
Participant information will be used solely for registration, communication, CEU documentation, and related business purposes. Information will not be sold to third parties.
