These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of products, services, websites, digital resources, assessments, coaching, educational materials, and other offerings provided by Your Marriage Works, LLC, Dr. Alena Crawley, and their affiliated brands, DBAs, programs, websites, products, services, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing, purchasing, downloading, booking, or using any Company product or service, including products and services offered through our Stan Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Educational and Informational Purpose
All products, services, assessments, guides, worksheets, digital resources, coaching materials, courses, workshops, and related content provided by the Company are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
Our materials and services are designed to support reflection, communication, relationship education, personal growth, and intentional relationship development.
Nothing provided by the Company is intended to substitute for therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, psychiatric care, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.
2. Relationship Assessment Disclaimer
The Love Prep Profile™, as well as any other relationship assessments, quizzes, profiles, exercises, or reflective tools offered by the Company, are intended solely for relationship education, reflection, self-awareness, and conversation.
Assessment results are not clinical diagnoses, psychological evaluations, mental health assessments, medical evaluations, or professional determinations of any kind.
Results should not be interpreted as predictions, guarantees, or determinations of relationship compatibility, marital compatibility, relationship success, marital success, relationship longevity, or future relationship outcomes.
Relationship dynamics are complex and influenced by many individual and relational factors. Assessment results are intended to help individuals and couples better understand patterns, tendencies, preferences, and areas for discussion.
Assessment results should not be used as the sole basis for deciding whether to begin, continue, end, or significantly alter a dating relationship, engagement, marriage, or other personal relationship.
3. Coaching and Relationship Education Disclaimer
Relationship coaching, premarital education, workshops, consultations, courses, and educational sessions provided by the Company are not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or mental health treatment, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing and provided by an appropriately licensed professional acting within that professional role.
Participation in coaching, education, or consultation services does not establish a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other licensed professional relationship.
Clients and customers remain responsible for their own choices, decisions, actions, and relationship outcomes.
If you are experiencing abuse, domestic violence, a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, threats of harm, or another situation requiring emergency or specialized professional support, you should contact an appropriate licensed professional, emergency service, or crisis resource.
4. Personal Use License
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all digital products, assessments, guides, worksheets, courses, downloads, and other materials are provided for personal use only.
Your purchase or download grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the material for your own personal purposes.
You may not, without prior written permission from the Company:
Copy or reproduce materials for distribution
Share purchased or downloaded materials with others
Resell or redistribute any product or portion of a product
Upload materials to shared drives, websites, membership platforms, social media, or file-sharing platforms
Use materials for commercial purposes
Modify, repackage, rebrand, or resell Company materials
Use Company materials to create derivative products for sale
Present Company materials as your own work
Use assessments, worksheets, or educational materials with clients, groups, organizations, or classes unless you have received written permission or purchased an applicable professional-use license
5. Intellectual Property
All original content provided by the Company, including but not limited to assessments, written materials, guides, worksheets, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, courses, downloads, frameworks, exercises, presentations, and other resources, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, publication, resale, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or intellectual property rights in any Company content.
6. Digital Products and Delivery
Digital products may be delivered through Stan, email, downloadable links, third-party platforms, or other electronic means.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address and maintain access to the device, internet connection, software, and applications necessary to access your purchase.
You are also responsible for downloading and securely storing purchased materials within any access period provided.
If you experience a technical issue accessing a purchased product, contact info@heydoctorlena.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
7. Digital Product Refund Policy
Because digital products provide immediate or substantially immediate access to downloadable or electronic content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
If a technical issue prevents you from accessing a product you purchased, contact info@heydoctorlena.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue or provide access through an alternative method.
8. Coaching Calls, Consultations, and Appointments
If your purchase includes a coaching call, consultation, educational session, assessment review, or other scheduled appointment, you are responsible for scheduling your session within any timeframe provided.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact:

at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
Any exception to this policy is granted solely at the discretion of the Company.
9. Results and Outcomes
The Company does not guarantee any specific relationship, marital, personal, emotional, spiritual, professional, financial, or other outcome as a result of using our products or services.
Individual and couple outcomes vary based on numerous factors, including participation, effort, communication, circumstances, decisions, behaviors, and factors outside the Company's control.
Testimonials, examples, case studies, or descriptions of past experiences are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and relationship choices.
10. Payments and Pricing
By completing a purchase, you authorize the Company and its payment processor to charge the listed price using the payment method you provide.
You agree to provide accurate and current payment information.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, or temporary pricing apply only during the stated promotional period and do not entitle previous purchasers to refunds, credits, or price adjustments.
If a payment plan is offered, you remain responsible for completing all payments according to the terms presented at checkout.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Services
The Company may use third-party providers and platforms, including but not limited to Stan, Stripe, email service providers, scheduling platforms, website hosts, video platforms, internet service providers, and other technology providers.
The Company is not responsible for interruptions, outages, delays, errors, security incidents, or technical failures caused by third-party services.
Your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to those companies' separate terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with access issues involving products purchased directly from the Company.
12. Email and Electronic Communications
By providing your email address in connection with a purchase, download, registration, or booking, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your purchase, product delivery, appointment, account, or requested resource.
If you separately consent to receive marketing communications, you may also receive information about products, services, educational resources, events, and promotional offers.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe option included in those communications.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent you from receiving necessary transactional communications related to purchases or services.
13. Privacy
Information collected through purchases, downloads, registrations, forms, email sign-ups, and service bookings will be handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.
The Company does not intentionally sell personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Third-party service providers may process information as necessary to provide payment processing, email delivery, scheduling, website hosting, product delivery, analytics, or other business services.

You agree not to use the Company's website, Stan Store, products, services, or materials for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not impersonate another person, provide fraudulent information, or use another person's payment information without authorization.

However, educational content may contain errors, omissions, or information that becomes outdated over time.
The Company does not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every individual or relationship situation.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Company products, services, websites, assessments, downloads, and related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Company makes no express or implied warranty that:
Any product or service will meet your specific expectations
Any assessment will perfectly describe you or your relationship
Your relationship will improve or succeed as a result of using Company resources
Digital products or websites will always be uninterrupted or error-free
All information will be suitable for every individual, couple, or circumstance
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Your Marriage Works, LLC, Dr. Alena Crawley, and their affiliated brands, DBAs, programs, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of Company products, services, assessments, coaching, educational materials, websites, Stan Store, or related resources.
This includes, without limitation, losses or damages arising from decisions made based on educational content, assessments, coaching conversations, relationship discussions, or other Company materials.
You acknowledge that you remain responsible for evaluating information and determining whether and how to apply it to your individual circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Marriage Works, LLC, Dr. Alena Crawley, and their affiliated brands, DBAs, programs, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:
Your breach of these Terms
Your misuse of Company products or services
Your violation of applicable law
Your infringement of another person's rights
Your unauthorized distribution or commercial use of Company materials
19. Refusal or Termination of Service
The Company reserves the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to products or services if a customer violates these Terms, engages in abusive or threatening conduct, misuses Company intellectual property, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise uses Company services in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Termination for violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
20. Changes to Products and Services
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or replace products, services, programs, pricing, features, or content at any time.
Where a customer has already purchased a specific digital product, reasonable efforts will be made to provide access to the version purchased, subject to technical availability and applicable platform limitations.
21. Changes to These Terms
The Company may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Revised Terms will become effective when posted or otherwise communicated, unless a different effective date is stated.
The version of the Terms in effect at the time of a transaction will generally govern that transaction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable product-specific terms, service agreements, refund policies, privacy policies, or written agreements provided by the Company, constitute the agreement governing your use of the applicable Company products and services.
If a separate signed agreement applies to a particular coaching, consulting, educational, or other service, the terms of that agreement will control to the extent of any direct conflict with these general Terms.
