No Guarantees
The Company makes no guarantees regarding results. This includes income, business outcomes, personal transformation, or performance. Results depend on factors outside the Company’s control, including your effort, consistency, and external circumstances.
Payments
You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase. If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments regardless of participation or results. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access and may be subject to collections or legal action.
No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or credits will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, lack of results, or non-participation.
Access and Delivery
Access to Services is provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase. You are responsible for attending calls, using materials, and scheduling sessions where applicable. Missed access or failure to participate does not result in refunds or extensions.
Coaching Calls
If your purchase includes calls, you are responsible for booking them. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule. Missed calls or late cancellations may be forfeited.
Code of Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully in all interactions. The Company reserves the right to remove you from any program, without refund, if your behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to others.
Confidentiality
The Company will maintain your confidentiality where possible. In group settings, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed by other participants.

The Company is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms or providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services. All Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
